Hello there, it has been awhile.
Hello everybody,I'm back temporarily!
It indeed has been awhile. Time for a quick life snapshot.
As of 19/4/11 I am working full time in a public hospital and studying for my pharmacy registration. I'm currently rotated in drug information services and I've only spent the total of one day there.
I still drive the same car, Toyota Corolla 1994, but boy am I yearning for a nicer more cruiser ride. Sometimes the spirit who lives in my car tries to communicate with me. *chug-wooo-chug*
I'm working with a wonderful bunch of like minded interns and lunch time is just like high school all over again. Except we all have cool proximity tags and much better hair.
I just went to a concert by Imogen Heap and it was a wonderful experience. She has a lovely personality and she is exactly the same on stage as she is on youtube. One of my favourite songs by her is "Last train home", youtube it friends :)
I spoke to a girl from Tennessee University who is also studying pharmacy and she's just over for exchange. We spoke of buffalo wings and how they are inadequately portrayed here in Australia. She has reinstated hope that there is a better variety of buffalo wings waiting out there for me to conquer. She is a lovely girl and she was kind enough to offer her email address in the hope that I may later travel to the US!
In the past year I have traveled to Japan in March of 2010, Hawaii in November 2010 and Queensland in December 2010. Both were lovely. Japan was more of a grand adventure like trip. Whereas Hawaii was the typical touristy sightseeing and shopping experience. Queensland was for its theme parks and exploring the area. I enjoyed them all immensely in their different ways.
I am finding it very exciting when I here news of my old high school friends also branching off and traveling internationally! I'm proud that we are a very adventurous year level. Let's see, Sandra was in America, Zach in Japan, Tracey in Singapore, Chun-Hin in Europe somewhere...
Now I must attend to my anti-microbial tutorial questions. Would anyone like to help me?
"What counselling would be given to a patient (immunocompromised) prescribed Nizoral 100mg orally daily for oral condidiasis? (current medications include omeprazole and prednisolone)."
